We have had a few questions recently regarding the eOne partner program, the need to stay current on the program by renewing the partner agreement and the options for those smaller and less active partners. I wanted to recap some of the details of our partner program here.
From the day eOne started as an ISV we have been focused on helping both Microsoft and our partners sell more Dynamics GP and more recently more Microsoft CRM. Having formerly been a VAR we understand the need to differentiate yourself in the market by offering clever and configurable solutions that keep the costs down for prospects and customers.
There are two reseller programs available for those organizations that work as resellers of eOne products.
Full Partner: It is our wish that all our partners become full eOne partners. We have designed this partner program to ensure the best possible experience as a reseller of eOne Software. Paid up partner program members receive the following benefits:
1. Rights to resell all eOne software.
2. A very healthy set margin on both software sales and renewals.
3. Access to NFR keys to all eOne software (eXtender Enterprise, SmartConnect, SmartList Builder, SmartView, Flexicoder, Node Builder, SmartPost, etc.)
4. 4 hours of product support with the eOne help desk.
5. Access to free templates for all our products (SLB, Extender, SmartConnect (CRM to GP, Excel Templates)).
6. Marketing assistance, marketing material, marketing campaign templates to help you maximize your revenue opportunity.
7. Regular online product update webinars, feature demos.
8. Full access to our online knowledge base, online manuals and a regularly updated blog.
9. Tech Tuesday blog articles. Every Tuesday.
10. Access to eOne’s demonstration environment that includes all eOne products ready to demo. This environment contains hundreds of examples including demo scripts for all common scenarios.
All eOne partners are required to pay a $1,000 annual renewal fee to maintain access to all of the above benefits.
In return we expect our reselling partners to:
1. Pay the annual $1000 partner fee.
2. Process all new sales and renewals online via credit card.
3. Actively promote our products to prospects customers.
4. Maintain a high level of expertise in eOne products. There are regular training opportunities available both online and in a classroom setting.
5. Make use of our marketing assistance, to maximize revenue opportunities.
Registered Partner: This is a limited program for those smaller partners that are not in a position to take advantage of all the opportunities above – but already have a small number of clients using eOne software. The program requires no annual charge and provides:
1. Rights to resell all eOne software.
2. A 10% margin on both software and renewals.
3. Access to NFR keys for use in demonstrations or internal use.
4. No access to eOne support. Support can be purchased in blocks of 4hrs at $165p/hr.
